Pario Welcomes Eric Sowa to Concord, Ontario Office

CONCORD, ON, NOV. 8, 2018/insPRESS/ –Pario Engineering & Environmental Sciences LP (Pario), one of Canada’s top providers of specialized engineering and environmental services to the insurance and risk management industries, is pleased to announce the addition of Eric Sowa as Project Manager. 

Mr. Sowa comes to Pario as a recent graduate from the University of Waterloo, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth and Environmental Sciences, with a specialization in hydrogeology. Mr. Sowa’s degree has been centered on fluid movement and contamination in both surface and subsurface waters (both in porous media and fractured geology), supported by the underlying fundamentals of geology. Mr. Sowa had completed his undergraduate thesis at the University of Waterloo under the supervision of Dr. Shaun Frape, utilising bromine and chlorine isotopes as proxies to distinguish sources of natural and anthropogenic evaporite contamination within saline aquifers.

Mr. Sowa is a registered Geoscientist in Training (G.I.T.), registered with the Association of Professional Geologists of Ontario (APGO), and will be eligible to be a registered Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) in 2021.
