TORONTO, ON, MARCH 6, 2019 /insPRESS/ – Sherif Gemayel, President of Sharp Insurance and Bruce Rabik, COO of Rogers Insurance are pleased to announce that Rogers Insurance Ltd. has completed a transaction to acquire 100 percent of the shares of A-WIN Insurance Ltd. Together, Sharp Insurance and Rogers Insurance will use their respective areas of expertise to enhance the customer experience at A-WIN Insurance.
Rogers Insurance will use its expert knowledge and years of industry experience in commercial insurance to support A-WIN with all of its business lines. Sharp Insurance, specializing in personal insurance and innovation, will provide assistance with A-WIN’s home and auto insurance departments. Rogers Insurance will also be providing services for all backroom support, including IT, HR, and Accounting.
On the acquisition, Bruce Rabik said, “We’re very excited to add the business model of A-WIN, which includes A-WIN franchise holders, to our collective sales force. The highly motivated and independent franchise owners, armed with additional markets, insurance expertise, and all the strengths of both Rogers and Sharp, will add considerably to our distribution channel.”
