Edmonton, AB October 29, 2009 SPECS Limited, the countrys leading provider of independent property damage valuations and cost control services has relocated its Ottawa branch office. The move is in response to the strong client demand, an increasing project list, increasing staff members, and the desire to provide a better means of support to our insurance clients in the Ottawa and surrounding area.
