Kabir comes to STRONE after founding and operating Shaal Consulting for 6 years. Shaal Consulting provided strategic consulting services to leading insurance restoration contractors and insurance companies across Canada.
Now in his new role with STRONE, Kabir’s key responsibilities will include the development and monitoring of growth strategies.
Kabir has earned professional qualifications in business and insurance and has over 30 years of experience in diverse international markets. His broad industry exposure includes senior positions in claims, underwriting, brokering, project management, bancassurance, and supply chain management. He has developed sound skills in people management and business principles working with Royal & Sun Alliance, the HSBC group, and Aviva Canada Inc.
Kabir has extensive experience in developing and delivering strategic projects geared to assessing customer needs, creating solutions, deploying best practice principles, and measuring key performance indicators.
