Vericlaim expands with new Winnipeg office
Harry Toews joins expert team advancing strategic growth in the Canadian market
Winnipeg, January 20, 2017 – Sedgwick and its subsidiary Vericlaim, a global provider of loss adjusting and claims management solutions, are pleased to announce further Canadian expansion as the companies celebrate the newest office opening for Vericlaim in Winnipeg. In addition, industry expert Harry Toews has joined the team as executive general adjuster.

Harry Toews brings more than 30 years of independent adjusting and management experience to his new role with Vericlaim. Harry is licensed in nine provinces. His specialties include commercial and residential property, general liability, cargo survey, auto liability, product liability, business interruption and fidelity bonds. He joins the Vericlaim Canada team to lead the new Winnipeg office, managing claims handling and serving as the control adjuster for various national accounts.
Prior to joining Vericlaim, Harry built his career with major Canadian insurance carriers and claims administrators. He is a graduate of Red River College’s Business Administration program and also holds his chartered insurance professional designation. Harry is past president of the Manitoba Insurance Adjusters Association and past arbitration chair for the Canadian Insurance Claims Managers Association, Manitoba chapter.
