By 1990, he successfully established a professional painting company that became known for its proven track record of quality work and reliability. In 2007, Ray also started to provide emergency property repair and drying services. 

His longevity in the business field has helped Ray develop strong, positive relationships with various trades and organizations. He has earned a reputation of integrity and honesty by both the community and his employees.
