Axa launches iPhone application

Axa has launched an application, Axa Mobile, designed for use on the iPhone.
In the event of an auto accident, the application lets Axa insureds report their claims immediately, record spoken comments and document the event by providing details and photographs, among other things, an Axa release says.
iPhone users will also find access to emergency and assistance services as well as tips for preventing vehicle theft and road accidents.
Axa’s insureds in Quebec will be able to take advantage of all of the app’s features, including submitting their auto insurance claim.
A demo of the app can be viewed at www.axa.ca/axa-mobile. It can be downloaded for free from Apple’s App Store.
