Crawford Adjusters Canada has shuffled their staff with three major appointment announcements.
Debbie Laxton will assume the role of head office supervisor for the company’s accident benefits division, Lise Papillon will take the reins of Crawford’s Quebec operations, and Troy Quigley will be charged with managing the Montreal branch office.
Laxton began her career with Crawford in February 2006, prior to being accident benefits manager at Progressive Insurance.
“Laxton’s expertise includes proficiency of the numerous Ontario accident benefits legislations and she is skilled in the ADR process, including both litigation and arbitration,” says a company release.
She will now co-ordinate and monitor all Ontario accident benefit claims and assist to identify and implement business development strategies.
Laxton’s colleague to the east, Papillon, will have operational responsibility for the region of Quebec and will “lead and direct Crawford’s growth and market strategies in Quebec.”
Papillon has been with the company since October 2005, when she was appointed Montreal branch manager.
“Her professional career includes extensive experience in claims and insurance management, marketing and risk management,” says information from the company.
Filling the vacancy created when Papillon accepted her new role is Troy Quigley, who accepted the position of Montreal branch office manager.
“Troy’s bilingualism, dedication to customer service and track record of top quality technical claims expertise provides a great starting point for success in this new role,” John Sharoun, Crawford Adjusters Canada’s CEO, said in a statement.
