Crawford & Company (Canada) names Nancy Toso branch manager in Calgary

Nancy Toso has been appointed as the new branch manager for Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc.’s office in Calgary, Alberta.

With the company since 2006, Toso has held positions as a casualty specialist, a general adjuster with the global technical services division and branch supervisor of the Calgary office. She also has previous experience in a management role with a large carrier and positions in the risk management community and brokerage business.

“Nancy brings extensive knowledge of all facets of the insurance industry and her keen enthusiasm for our business to her new position,” says Walter Waugh, Crawford’s vice president of operations for Western Canada. “She will continue to fine-tune our Calgary operation to optimize customer service and claims handling expertise for our entire customer base.”

In her role as branch manager, Toso will report to Waugh.
