The Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) has issued a warning to consumers that Hendrickson TD Insurance and an individual known as Mr. Yeme are not licensed to do insurance business inthe province.

“This individual appears to be selling false auto insurance under the company Hendrickson TD Insurance,” FSCO said. “The individual also provided a phone number, 647-461-5540 and has been communicating via text messaging.”

Hendrickson TD Insurance is not affiliated or associated with TD General Insurance Company or TD Home and Auto Insurance Company, which are licensed by FSCO.

This is one of three consumer warnings issued recently regarding insurance fraud in Ontario.

The regulator has issued separate statements that  individuals known as Kimberly or Gelisa Watson and Renato (Nico) Nolvis are not licensed to do insurance business in Ontario. Those warnings were not related, but were both centered on auto insurance fraud.
