Kernaghan Adjusters announces managerial change in its Alberta operation

Kernaghan Adjusters announced a managerial change at its Alberta operation on July 12, following the retirement in June of its Alberta regional manager Marja Welton.

Welton’s insurance claims career spanned well over 30 years, with 22 years at Kernaghan Adjusters.

Russ Fitzgerald has been promoted to the position of Alberta regional manager. He began his insurance claims career more than 18 years ago in Edmonton, joining Kernaghan Adjusters in 2008.

“As we say farewell to Marja, we are very pleased to congratulate Russ on stepping up to his new position,” the company notes in a statement.

“We would like to recognize Marja for her many achievements, and thank her for the excellent leadership she provided to our Alberta region. We wish her all the very best.”
