Kingsway latest to join portal

Mississauga, Ontario-based Kingsway General Insurance Co. is the latest insurer to hop on the Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) portal.
Non-standard auto insurer Kingsway is the 30th company to take part in the web-based portal for broker-insurer interaction, a CSIO release notes.
Kingsway’s Tom Mallozzi, vice president of personal lines, says joining the portal shows the company’s commitment to the broker channel. “We are pleased to join a solution which we believe will enhance the efficiency of work flow in the brokers’ office,” he adds.
“Many of our brokers are especially pleased with the addition of Kingsway General to the Portal community”, says David Patrick, CEO of CSIO.
He notes that in less than 10 months, over 140 brokers have implemented the portal, with another 60 in the works.
