Lambton Mutual is implementing automated new business upload for automobile and habitational policies, a functionality expected to provide significant efficiency gains for both the company and its brokers.

Part of Lambton’s efforts to streamline the new business submission process, the move follows the successful rollout of real-time policy, billing and claims inquiry, notes a statement from the company.

As with inquiry, Lambton will collaborate with Brovada and its PAS partner, Mutual Concept Computer Group, to bring this functionality to market.

“Not only will this eliminate double entry for Lambton’s brokers, but it will also simplify Lambton’s internal underwriting processes,” Charles Samolczyk, vice president of product sales at Brovada, says in the statement.

Debbie Van Eyk, president and CEO of Lambton Mutual, calls the implementation the “logical next step” for the company. “We value our brokers and want to provide them with the solutions that increase their ‘ease of doing business’ with us.”
