New officers to lead RiskProNet

RiskProNet International, a network of 29 leading independent insurance brokers throughout the United States and Canada, recently announced that the president for 2006 will be Scott Drew, vice president of Associated Financial Group in Minnetonka, Minn.
Drew was previously vice president of CFG Insurance Services, which was acquired by Associated Bank in 2003. Associated bank subsequently named Drew vice president of the wholly owned subsidiary Associated Financial Group.
Drew specializes in commercial insurance programs, and has extensive experience working with contractors.
The international organization also recently elected the new board members Mario Remegi, managing director of Mesirow Financial in Chicago, and Robert L. Swayze, vice president of Eustis Insurance & Benefits, Inc., New Orleans.
Remegi offers more than 28 years of experience with a focus on the construction industry. He serves on agency advisory committees for The Hartford, CNA and Indiana Insurance.
Swayze joined Eustis in 1991 and currently serves as sales manager, as well as on the catastrophe and executive committees of the firm.
Each partner at RiskProNet is an equal owner in the association, providing members with geographic diversity and a shared knowledge base so that they can offer national, international or highly specialized exposures to risk. In 2004, the organization had combined revenues of $688 million and total written premiums of more than $6.5 billion.
Through its partnership with the International Insurance Brokers Association, RiskProNet members serves clients with operations in more than 300 cities in 110 countries.
