The Guarantee Company of North America has partnered with Brovada Technologies to launch a new eDocs Solution for personal lines brokers.

The offering is designed to save brokers time by allowing for easy download of policy documents to a broker management system (BMS). The solution will also  enable streamlined workflows and increase ease of doing business with The Guarantee.

Fully certified by the Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO), the eDocs solution gives brokers an automatic download of electronic policy documents from The Guarantee’s Policy Administration System. eDocs is available for use with most supported broker management systems (BMS) including TAM (Applied system), SigXP (Keal Technology), The Broker Workstation (CSSI) and Powerbroker (Zycomp Systems).

“The Guarantee is proud to provide this solution to our personal lines brokers and be among the first carriers to get CSIO certification for supported broker management systems,”  Alister Campbell, CEO of The Guarantee said in a press release from CSIO. “It’s our mission to continuously find ways to increase efficiency and improve our broker partners’ experience.”

“Working through the eDocs certification process with both The Guarantee and CSIO has been tremendously valuable. The commitment and drive to become not just ‘standards-based’ but ‘standards-certified’ is a demonstration of the dedication to excellence and discipline that we as an industry need to strive for,” added Charles Samolczyk, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Brovada.

eDocs is available to personal lines brokers in Ontario, and will be available in other provinces later this year. The Guarantee’s other solutions built by Brovada include single-sign-on and policy, billing, and claims inquiry solutions, which were announced in June 2012, and GLink, The Guarantee’s broker connectivity tool, which was launched in October 2013.
