Unica Insurance now offering eDocs solution for brokers

Unica Insurance has announced that its eDocs solution using XML standards from the Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) is live and immediately available for all brokers.

The offering provides electronic declaration pages for brokers using any broker management system (BMS) providing eDocs support  including TAM and Epic (Applied Systems), The Broker Workstation (CSSI), SigXP (Keal Technology) and Powerbroker (Zycomp Systems).

“Unica’s eDocs solution went into pilot in October with sixteen brokers representing all of the major BMS systems,” Martin Delage, president and COO of Unica commented in a statement.

“Thanks to their valuable input and the great work by our team at Unica we were able to move very quickly from pilot to full release, giving all of our brokers the opportunity to adopt this functionality as soon as they’re ready.  This is a great accomplishment and underscores Unica’s ongoing commitment to investments in technology to help our broker partners.”
