Russell Brownlee has been appointed head of Giffin Koerth’s Road Factors practice.
Brownlee has worked in the field of road safety for 14 years, most recently as associate and senior transportation engineer with IBI Group.
His areas of concentration include: pedestrian facilities and safety; assessment of roadway design, traffic control devices, signage and maintenance; roadside safety; human factors and positive guidance; at-grade rail crossings; safety training; transportation engineering and peer reviews, a Giffin Koerth release says.

Chatham Kent Collision and Ron MacGillivray Chevrolet Collision have joined the Collision Solutions Network (CSN).
“The addition of Chatham Kent Collision-CSN will help service the needs of our insurance partners in Southwestern Ontario,” CSN director of operations Larry French said in a release. “Ron MacGillivray adds another important location in Atlantic Canada.”
