Lambert Morvan has been appointed chief agent for Canada and senior vice president of Odyssey Re.
 Morvan has served in senior management and actuarial positions within the Fairfax group of companies, most recently with Northbridge Financial Corporation. He has more than 12 years experience in the Canadian insurance and reinsurance market.

SCM-Risk Management Services has announced three executive-level appointments.
The appointments include:
•    Joseph Colangelo, national director of valuation and data analytic services;
•    Michael Willms, vice president of national sales and business development; and
•    Spencer Shusterman, director, of broker solutions.
Colangelo is responsible for providing strategic directions and leading initiatives in the areas of architectural appraisal and valuation, as well as providing oversight to ongoing special ITV projects, including construction data and valuation validations.
As vice president, Willms is responsible for leading the business development team in developing new business and growing the existing client base nationally.
Shusterman will take charge of the development and delivery of outsourced services to the broker community under the Broker Ace banner.
These services will include claims advocacy and management, claims intake/triage, technology solutions, loss control and engineering services.
