Hub International Limited (Hub) has acquired Ogilvy, Gilbert, Norris & Hill d/b/a Ogilvy Hill Insurance (OHI), in addition to the commercial lines and life and health books of business of Wescom Insurance Services LLC (Wescom).
OHI is a Santa Barbara, California-based insurance brokerage firm, with revenues of approximately $7 million.
Wescom is an Anaheim, California-based insurance brokerage firm and wholly owned subsidiary of Wescom Credit Union.
Both teams will join Hub International Insurance Services Inc.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Owen Jones Group, based in Vancouver, has acquired InspekTech as an operational company.
InspekTech is a property inspection and replacement cost reporting company serving the insurance and finance industry.
“InspekTech’s collective process addresses the critical requirement that all insurance and financial institutions, large or small, have in common: to economically and promptly assess, and have a basis of support, for qualifying risk that can lead to timely underwriting, lending or buying decisions,” according to a release.
Owen Jones Business Group is an international services firm specializing in preparation and capital raising for industry-wide projects and corporations.
