GRIMSBY, ON, Jan. 12, 2018 /insPress/  – Today Duliban Insurance Brokers Ltd. (Duliban Insurance Brokers), a third generation, family owned insurance brokerage, announced they have acquired Fisher Stevenson Boehm Insurance Inc. (FSB). Established in 1979, FSB has been a trusted name for customers throughout West Niagara offering auto, home, business, farm and travel insurance.  All FSB employees will be retained with the Duliban Team and President Jaff Stevenson will transition to a consultant within the group division of Duliban Insurance Brokers.

President of FSB Jaff Stevenson stated, “When considering the next chapter, I wanted to ensure that FSB’s high standards of customer service and my personal values were reflected in my merger partners.  The third generation, independent and locally-owned Duliban Insurance Brokers, operated by Adam and Jason Duliban, is my merger partner of choice”.

Since its inception in 1976, Duliban Insurance Brokers – a leading independent broker in Southern Ontario – has grown to include five offices throughout the Niagara and Haldimand regions and has recently extended their services across Ontario and Eastern Canada. This acquisition is important to their organization says Principal Brokers Adam & Jason Duliban, “As a team, we consider ourselves a start up and are at the starting blocks of our journey. This acquisition will allow us to provide exceptional hometown service to a loyal customer base and add trusted and senior members to our team. It will also allow us to leverage our commitment to technology, while extending our signature Hometown Services to a new trading territory at the same time as strengthening our relationship with key partners”.
