Dave Fratarcangeli Appointed National Vice President, Contract Surety, The Guarantee Company of North America

TORONTO, ON, JAN. 31, 2019/insPRESS/  – The Guarantee Company of North America (The Guarantee) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dave Fratarcangeli to National Vice President, Contract Surety, effective immediately.

In his new role, Dave will lead the National Underwriting team based in the Toronto head office, and oversee all aspects of the Contract Surety division in collaboration with David Smith, Senior Vice President & Head of Canadian Surety. His expertise in all aspects of Contract Surety, and extensive knowledge of the construction marketplace, will help The Guarantee continue to bring market leading responsiveness and streamlined services to our broker partners and contractor clients.

Dave has over 15 years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry, having joined The Guarantee’s Surety division in 2007. He has assumed various leadership roles within the Contract Surety division, most recently as Director, National Surety. He obtained the Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University, and has Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) and Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designations.
