Maltman International Appoints New Executive General Adjuster

Toronto, ON, Sept. 23, 2019/InsPress/ – Varma Singh, Managing Director of Operations for Maltman International a division of CRU GROUP, today announced that Brian McCulloch has joined the company as an Executive General Adjuster for Maltman International.

Brian McCulloch has been active in the Canadian market for 40 years, with experience on the carrier side in adjusting, supervision, management and as a professional liability adjuster since 1990.

He has a strong reputation for professional adjusting work and has built a deep working knowledge for specialty claims. His expertise and legal background is well placed to assist Maltmans and the Canadian clientele with their adjusting needs. Mr. McCulloch expresses, “I am honoured to join a long-established and professional adjusting firm”.

Brian graduated with a B.A. at the University of Waterloo and furthered his studies at the University of Ottawa where he obtained his LL.B. Brian was called to the Bar of Ontario in April 1976 and continues to be a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths. His practice includes handling a multitude of Professional Liability claims including Lawyers E&O, Title Insurance Claims & Complex CGL Claims. He has a strong knowledge of the legal environment and litigation process as well as excellent negotiation skills.

Mr. Singh also said that “Brian’s knowledge of insurance industry compliance requirements together with his strong analytical and decision-making skills will go a long way to ensure his continued success at Maltmans. He continues to demonstrate an ownership attitude and client-centric response.”

 Mr. McCulloch will be based in the Maltman International Head Office in Toronto, Canada.
