FirstOnSite enhances senior leadership team with the addition of Peter Corsano

MISSISAUGA, ON, Oct. 7, 2019/InsPress/  – FirstOnSite Restoration, Canada’s leading independent disaster restoration services provider, has further bolstered its senior leadership team with the addition of Peter Corsano as the Executive Vice President of Operations for Eastern Canada.

Peter has more than 30 years experience in the insurance industry, where he led national property claims services, catastrophe coordination and vendor management. At FirstOnSite he will work closely with the company’s regional leaders, national operations and sales teams sharing best practices and driving consistent and exceptional customer experience across Canada.

In this newly created role, Peter will help assist operational processes and enhance performance and customer experience with the goal of supporting ongoing improvement in company systems, job management, KPI’s and NPS scores from customers.
