Please join WICC Ontario as we host our 22nd annual Learning Breakfast at the elegant Fairmont Royal York on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019. Tickets are just $60 pp or $600 for a table of 10 (plus HST).

Every year, this educational event sees hundreds of insurance professionals come together for a delicious breakfast with colleagues while listening to guest speakers discuss cancer topics including emerging treatments and groundbreaking research.

Dr. Thomas Kislinger is Chair of the Department of Medical Biophysics at the University of Toronto; Senior Scientist, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. His research is focused on the application of advanced proteomics technologies and computational tools to understand cancer biology and discover new biomarkers.

Dr. Warren Chan is the Director of the Institute of Biomaterials and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Toronto. His research is focused on developing nanotechnology for diagnosing and treating cancer and other diseases.

Also this year, we are pleased to host the breakfast on the 25th annual Take Our Kids to Work Day. This is an event where students step into their future for a day and take a close look at the world of work. What better way to start the day than learning the importance of coming together as an industry to raise money for an important cause?
