This seminar will consider the legal framework surrounding connected products including some of the dimensions of the risk ecosystem of these new technologies ranging from data management and cybersecurity to software failures, design defects, product failures, and claims handling. This presentation will outline key risk considerations for insurance professionals to help them prepare for claims involving connected products
