ClaimsPro Welcomes Shelley Glover as New Branch Manager in Ottawa

Ottawa — ClaimsPro, an independent adjusting firm offering complete national coverage, announced today that it has hired Shelley Glover as its new Branch Manager in Ottawa. Ms. Glover is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of adjusting and managerial experience in both insurance and independent adjusting settings.
Before joining ClaimsPro, Ms. Glover worked for ten years as a branch manager and senior property adjuster for a national independent adjusting firm. Prior to that, she spent ten years as a claims manager and senior multi-line road adjuster with an insurance company.
In her role with ClaimsPro, Ms. Glover will leverage her considerable experience to lead the Ottawa branch as it continues to provide clients with superior customer service. An excellent communicator and highly organized, Ms. Glover is licensed in all lines and specializes in condominium and commercial property claims.
Ms. Glover has been an active member of the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association, holding various positions including President of the Ottawa Valley Chapter. She is currently serving as its Past President.
