The CG&B Group Inc., is pleased to announce the acquisition of the majority of assets of Believer Plus Insurance Brokers Limited.
Believer Plus Insurance Brokers was launched in 1997 by The Mitchell-Abbott Group Insurance Brokers. The Mitchell-Abbott Group has been operating in Hamilton, Ontario since 1921.
Believer Plus is probably best known for its advertising campaign starring Don Cherry. In addition, Believer Plus created the Sledder’s Choice Insurance Program for Snowmobilers, which was originally designed for OFSC (Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs) members.

This will be the 16th acquisition made by The CG&B Group Inc. in the last 14 years. With the inclusion of this acquisition, CG&B will have 225 employees, and $175m annual premium volume.
