Frank Mirabelli, COO – Canadian Operations:
As a new shareholder, Frank has also joined the Board of Directors. Frank’s comprehensive experience in executive general management and his robust focus on customer service make him the perfect leader for the First General Team in Canada. Frank started his career as Owner and General Manager of the First General Thunder Bay office. He was instrumental in improving service standards thereby increasing the capacity of the organization. With nineteen years of construction, restoration and facility management experience, Frank has received repeated recognition for his unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. Frank is a Graduate and Sessional Lecturer of the Business Program at Lakehead University and received his MBA from Queen’s University.
Randy Millar, VP Quality Assurance and Client Liaison – Canadian Operations:
With over thirty four years of experience in all facets of construction and restoration, Randy directs his complete focus to the seamless claims experience; from receipt of the initial assignment to the completion of a job “well done”. As Quality Assurance and Client Liaison Manager for the Niagara office, Randy was responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of punctual, consistent and accountable service. Randy’s vast experience with the administration and operational functions of an individual office, confirms that he is the ideal candidate to handle the challenges faced by each member of our network in meeting the requirements of our clients.
Adrian Mirabelli, VP Property Management Division Liaison – Canadian Operations:
As a new shareholder, Adrian has also joined the Board of Directors. With more than twenty years of experience in Commercial Facility Management, Adrian elevates First General to a new level. Working mainly with their corporate client base, Adrian seeks mutual partnerships to provide his clients a closer and more responsive experience with their restoration needs. Adrian has successfully built working relationships with over one thousand skilled trade subcontractors across North America. A collaboration such as this affords the First General Network and its clientele, greater scalability in times of need. Adrian holds an MBA from Laurentian University and is devoted to enhancing the service experience for Corporate Facility Managers, Insurers, and their building occupants across North America.
