Kevin Nicol has been in the residential/custom home market for the last 20 years. He has developed and built over 500 houses in that time with his well respected company “Richlane Homes”. He is a National Home Warranty approved builder. Kevin is an Ironman Triathlete, and enjoys wake boarding, surfing and spending time with his wife Trish and their 3 children.
Ed Vandrimmelen will be the lead Project Manager and has 10 years of construction experience, 6 as a project manager. Ed enjoys sports, including skiing and soccer. Ed is married with 3 children.
