“One of Our Own” Needs our Support!
We are pleased to host a charity event in support of a good friend and tireless supporter of the League. As many of you are aware, Kadey Schultz’s son Emery was recently diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
All proceeds will go to The Biggar Endowment for Muscular Dystrophy at the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehab Hospital. We attach the invitation with details of “Music Heals” at the Hard Rock Café, Yonge and Dundas Streets, Toronto.
The League has raised over $100,000.00 in support of Street Kids International as well as significant contributions to WICC (The Women’s Insurance Cancer Crusade) and The Daily Bread Food Bank.
Now, the time has come to throw our support behind “one of our own” during this challenging time for Kadey and her family. We invite you to support us in any way you can.
We will hold a silent auction as well as raffle and 50/50 draws at the event and all donations and items will be fully accredited to donors.
