Chubb has appointed Megan Watt as Executive Vice President, Head of North America Claims.
In this role, she will lead all aspects of Chubb North America claims management, service and administration for the commercial and personal insurance businesses. Watt will be based in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, and will report to Michael Smith, Chubb’s Global Claims Officer.

Watt has close to three decades of insurance experience and has served in a variety of leadership capacities. Prior to joining Chubb, Ms. Watt was head of Claims for Everest National Insurance Company, where she led a team of claims and operations professionals supporting multiple product lines.
Ms. Watt received her JD from New York Law School in 1989, and graduated cum laude from Barnard College-Columbia University in 1986. She is a member of the New York, New Jersey, Washington D.C. and Illinois Bar Associations.
