This seminar will address how, when, and why to add additional insureds to client policies and will examine the legal and claims consequences of doing so.  Various certificate and endorsement forms will be discussed.  The seminar will also examine the underwriting information required to understand the risks associated with adding additional insureds and will discuss risk mitigation strategies for insurance professionals.
