Surveillance, Assignments, and Costs, Oh My!

The case of Nemchin v. Green has been working its way through the courts for the past 7 years and has led to numerous decisions that are relevant for the personal injury bar.

Join Chad Leddy and Amelia Leckey as they review the various lessons that can be learned from the case, including surveillance disclosure obligations, principles for admissibility of surveillance at trial, impact of assignments of future benefits, and cost assessments.
