Technology – A Bane or Boon to Insurance Organizations?

Is this the right question to ask? In recent years, technology has taken much focus within the P&C industry. With the shifting expectations of consumers and shareholder expectations for increased profit, insurers are being driven to enhance their digital capabilities. With these changes arise new risks for the industry to insure, innovative ways of improving our customer interactions, our underwriting and overall cost of doing business.

To stay current, insurers need to increase how they use digital capabilities to provide excellent service and reduce costs.How do we do both of these things well?
