A glimpse into the inner workings of a property and casualty industry merger – directly from the source.

It’s a well-known fact that the insurance industry is going through a major transitional period right now, as organizations fight to keep, reclaim or find their stake in the marketplace. One such organization is Chubb – ACE Ltd. acquired the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies in January 2016, six months after a surprise announcement of the deal. The new company, which is called Chubb, is now the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurer.

Andy Hollenberg, Regional Chief Operating Officer, Chubb Canada, is our guest speaker at this special At the Forefront breakfast, and will discuss:

– The Status of the merger
– Establishing the new company identity and how it differs from the two previous individual organization
– The biggest challenges that they have encountered – both expected and unexpected

Join us at this engaging breakfast event to gain new insights into how mergers work in our industry.
