IBAC 92ND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, SEPTEMBER 19-21, 2013

The Insurance Brokers Association of Canada (IBAC) held it 92nd Annual General Meeting at the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland in historic, joyful and screech-worthy St. John’s on September 19-21. Attendees networked and took part in social functions that ranged from viewing the stark beauty of Cape Spear, the easternmost point in North America, tasting the goodness of a Newfoundland kitchen party meal and hearing music steeped in tradition and wit. Ken Meyers was welcomed as IBAC’s new president, emphasizing the need for brokers to take hold of opportunities before them, while past executive members were honoured.
