Construction disputes can be complex as they have multiple layers of cost, time and quality components. Majority of the construction claims originate from poor/inadequate management, unanticipated project events and other circumstances which prevent work from being performed as originally planned. In construction claims the stakes are usually high and in most cases, the involved parties do not even realize the incurred damages until too late in the game.
To equip the respective parties in the construction process with the right tools so that they take advantage of the opportunities and safeguard themselves from unwanted economical hazards such as a disputes and claims, -30- Forensic Engineering’s Jiwan Thapar will be delivering a full day course (Advanced Construction Claims Management) at Toronto Construction Association on Feb 28, 2017.
