AssessMed recognizes its clients want online access to detailed information about its services, and prefer making referrals using online means. Clients also want to be able to submit documents online to streamline the exchange of information that occurs frequently in this industry.
As a result, the primary reason for investing in this new technology was to make it easy for employers, insurance companies and lawyers to find information about the specific medical evaluation services they require, make online referrals and securely share information over the internet.
Significant time was spent on site navigation, content layout and security in order to maximize the user experience and to ensure sensitive documents are not compromised.
