Philip Zanotti joins as Manager, Operations

Toronto, ON  – Burns & Wilcox Canada is pleased to announce that Philip Zanotti has joined the company as Senior Manager, Operations.

In this role, Mr. Zanotti will be responsible for managing the operations of Burns & Wilcox Canada’s national office. He will develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance policy management, as well as identify opportunities for process improvements that will ultimately lead to better service for clients. The role will focus on enforcing existing standards and policies  and implementing enhancements to operational procedures.

Mr. Zanotti joins Burns & Wilcox from Invesco Canada Ltd., where he served as Senior Project Manager, Business Management Services. In this role, he successfully led several corporate projects including the recent implementation of a client relationship model and developed standards for Product Data Governance.

Prior to Invesco, Mr. Zanotti spent three years with TD Waterhouse Canada Inc., where he led two account management departments, and designed and implemented procedures that ensured anti-money laundering compliance when validating corporate entities.

Mr. Zanotti holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Political Science & Administrative Studies from the University of Western Ontario and a post-graduate certificate in Public Relations from Ryerson University.
