Brian Neale joins as National Sales & Marketing Manager
Burns & Wilcox Canada is pleased to announce that Brian Neale has joined the company as its National Sales & Marketing Manager. An accomplished insurance industry executive, Mr. Neale brings more than 23 years of experience having held senior positions in sales, marketing, underwriting and claims management.
In his new role, Mr. Neale will be responsible for Burns & Wilcox’s continued growth and office expansion in addition to new business development both organically and by acquisition. He will also oversee the company’s marketing strategy.

Mr. Neale joins Burns & Wilcox from CHUBB Insurance Company of Canada, where he served for eight years as Senior Marketing Specialist. In this role he successfully helped the organization meets its growth targets through cultivating key partnerships, developing new prospect and CPI growth opportunities and overseeing external marketing campaigns.
Prior to CHUBB Insurance Company of Canada, Mr. Neale spent 12 years with Gore Mutual Insurance Company, where he held a senior marketing position and managed a $35 million portfolio of 60 brokerage accounts. In this role he developed and managed annual marketing and sales strategies, identified new market segments and broker opportunities and established and maintained relationships with key brokers.
Mr. Neale holds both his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and his Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation. Mr. Neale has also served as Treasurer of the Toronto Insurance Marketing Representatives Association and Vice-President of the Brampton Brokers Association.
