Calgary Environmental Claims Services Presentations Expanded

Catastrophe Response Unit’s Environmental Claims Services has expanded their services presentations to include Calgary, AB, Dallas, TX and New York, NY.

The Calgary introductions begin Monday, July 7^th with some times still available on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 8/9^th. Oland Robinson, the director of CRU’s Environmental Claims Services, will be showcasing the company’s new services, including the adjusting program, response, support, and audit advantages. As one of the most experienced in his field, Mr. Robinson brings to the Canadian market an unequalled team of HAZWOPER credentialed managers and adjusters, who together have more than 300 combined years of environmental claims expertise.

The CRU Environmental Claims Division provides quick onsite deployment, helping to manage the event and assist the client in managing reputational risk.  By using well executed and tested Emergency Response Plans, Mr. Robinson’s group has a track record of achieving more favorable results for the chemical producer or distributor and its insurer in the face of a disaster. CRU’s Environmental Division can assist its clients by providing outside legal services, accounting analysis, safety and regulatory compliance both before, during, and after an event.

A key service for our clients is our Audit Program with on-site presence. This service helps reduce waste and unnecessary expenses that are often overlooked during the emergency response period of a major event. It also aids in the regulatory requirements of the many local, state, provincial, and Federal agencies involved. CRU’s Environmental Division also has the capability to effectively audit first responders, and outside contractors’ invoices for accuracy and necessity often saving millions of dollars in a major event.
