TORONTO, Nov. 29, 2017 /insPRESS/ –  CSIO is pleased to announce that the Canadian Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (CAMIC) has endorsed its eDelivery solution to send consumers their personal and commercial policy documents and auto liability cards electronically.

“We are excited to have the support of such an important industry association,” adds Catherine Smola, President & CEO of CSIO. “The eDelivery solution provides CAMIC members with an easy and convenient platform to provide their customers with a modern digital experience.

Available to CSIO members at no additional cost, the eDelivery solution provides mutuals with an easy, consistent, standardized technology and offers a modern digital experience that consumers have come to expect.

The solution is being developed by CSIO in collaboration with brokers and carriers, including Gore Mutual, a CAMIC member, Northbridge Insurance and RSA Canada. Other CAMIC members who have endorsed the solution include Germania Mutual, Grenville Mutual, Norfolk Mutual, and Peel Mutual.

“We believe this solution is a tremendous value-add for CAMIC members of CSIO, providing them the ability to expand their digital service offering and strengthen their competitive position,” says Normand Lafrenière, CAMIC President. “An industry solution available to members at no additional cost is of immense benefit to everyone, and I look forward to seeing robust adoption in the coming months.”
