CG&B Group Inc. acquires Robertson & Robertson Yacht Insurance Ltd.

Toronto, ON February 25th, 2010 – The CG&B Group Inc. today announced the acquisition of Robertson & Robertson Yacht Insurance Ltd., a move which brings CG&B into the Yacht Insurance business and expands their current product and service line.

A respected leader in the Yacht insurance industry, Robertson & Robertson Yacht Insurance Ltd. provides customized insurance coverage to meet the needs of each individual boat owner. Their expertise in this segment will round out CG&Bs current offering.

The Robertson & Robertson operation will be integrated into CG&Bs Markham office and continue to operate under the Robertson & Robertson Yacht Insurance Ltd. name. Broker Principal, Andrew Robertson and Cameron Robertson will become shareholders of the CG&B Group.

This is CG&B Groups thirteenth acquisition in twelve years and increases the CG&Bs employee base to 190 with projected annual premium volume of $150 million this year.
