Cira Medical Services Opens New Office in Calgary to Provide Clients with More Booking Options

Calgary—Cira Medical Services (Cira) is pleased to announce that it has opened a new office in Calgary, Alberta. As part of Cira’s expansion plans, this new regional office will provide Calgary and area clients and assessors with more options when booking assessments. The new Cira office will be located at Foothills Professional Bldg. #245, 1620 19 St NW, Calgary, AB T2N 4L7.
“Our goal is to continuously provide our clients and their claimants with exceptional customer service” shared Karen Seward, Cira’s President. “Our expansion in Calgary is in direct response to client requests for enhanced access to service and increased convenience for claimants. Companies in and around Calgary, especially those in the oil and gas industry, will be able to take advantage of the medical assessment services that Cira has created specifically for the employer market, including Cira’s new Health AssessTM Program.
Health Assess™ is a service that offers independent medical assessments to diagnose health issues, as well as follow-up support to facilitate and encourage ongoing treatment and recovery for identified conditions. Health Assess™ enhances the standard independent medical assessment with case-specific clinical coordination, top-tier quality assurance processes, and meaningful outcome support for claimants, employers and employees. “Health Assess is a new service that offers additional support to the claimant or employee in resolving health issues” states Anjeli Bucavoc, Director Operations Western Canada. ‘Our clinical coordinators work with the individual with the health issue and their family physician to ensure appropriate diagnosis and return to functioning.”
Cira’s Edmonton office is also part of the western expansion plans, and recently moved to a larger space in its current building at Circle Square on 11808 St. Albert Trail, Edmonton. Clients can expect clear signage on site to direct them to the new space and a smooth continuation of services.
