Cira Medical Services Welcomes Caroline Codsi as General Manager for Eastern Canada

A passionate and strategic leader, Caroline brings over 20 years of industry experience to her role including human resources management, business development, and marketing in the fields of mental health in the workplace, career management, and executive search. As a member of the Cira team, Caroline’s strong track record of developing strategies, objectives, and action plans will help her manage profit and loss as well as provide leadership and direction to Cira’s Eastern Canada offices.

Prior to joining Cira, Caroline worked for several national executive career management firms in senior level positions where she was responsible for managing revenue, coaching large teams to boost sales and growth, and increasing business diversification. She is also a highly sought after speaker at industry events and is fluent in four languages.
