ClaimsPro Announces Changes to Key Personnel to Increase Coverage in Western Region

ClaimsPro, an SCM company and Canada’s largest provider of independent adjusting services, announced today that it has enhanced leadership in its Western Region in order to better respond to challenges in many remote offices in Northern Alberta, and to increase presence in day to day sales activities in Edmonton. By repositioning itself to offer greater coverage in that area of the country, ClaimsPro continues to expand its breadth of services and geographic coverage in markets across Canada.

Effective immediately, Luke Smith has been promoted to Vice President, Northern Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Northwest Territories. Mr. Smith had previously held the position of District Manager for Northern Alberta. Reporting to him are Sarina Baker, District Manager, Saskatchewan and Sarah Hirst, District Manager, Northern Alberta. Ms. Hirst had previously served as Branch Manager of Grande Prairie, Peace River, and most recently, Edmonton East.
