On August 25th, 2014, ClaimsPro publicly announced the acquisition of Granite Claims Solutions (GCS). This exciting transaction enables ClaimsPro to build a larger, more diverse company, therefore allowing ClaimsPro to better serve its customers, and offering an unprecedented opportunity for growth. In combining forces with GCS, ClaimsPro now has unmatched talent, scale, and geographic coverage, which will be leveraged to provide all customers with the highest quality of service. The acquisition of GCS further reinforces ClaimsPro’s reputation as industry leaders, and today ClaimsPro is pleased to announce its new National Sales Team.
Effective immediately, Western Canada will be led by Rhonda Palmer, Vice President Sales. Reporting to Ms. Palmer will be James Kozak, Business Development Manager for the BC Region, who will be accountable for all initiatives in British Columbia. Colleen Lavery, Business Development Manager for the Prairie Region, will continue to focus on Alberta and Saskatchewan.
In Ontario, the team will be comprised of Mac Ross, SVP Business Development; Jeff Hughes, SVP Sales, Central Region; Wendy Scott, VP National Sales; Felicia Galata, VP Sales, Central Region; and Tara Morissette, Business Development Manager.
In Quebec, ClaimsPro’s sales team will continue to be led by Jean Lalumiere, VP Business Development, and Christopher Tirrell, Business Development Manager.
Finally, clients in Atlantic Canada will continue to turn to Wayne Guy, who will remain in his current position as Regional Vice President, Atlantic Canada.
Given the importance ClaimsPro places on delivering client value and engagement, this team will report directly to Bob Fitzgerald, President of ClaimsPro. In the coming days, members of the ClaimsPro team will be reaching out to their respective teams to provide updates on their progress regarding the integration.
