Montréal — Seeking to further build and strengthen its team of Executive General Adjusters and Senior General Adjusters, ClaimsPro, Canada’s largest independent adjusting company, announced today that it has appointed Jean-François Turcotte as Senior General Adjuster with ClaimsPro’s Special Risk Division (SRD), a highly-specialized division of the company that exclusively handles complex/commercial losses. Jean-François joins the ClaimsPro SRD as a highly-regarded Senior General Adjuster with more than eight years of experience assisting policyholders with complex loss control claims.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and membership into the Project Management Institute (PMI), Jean-François has the breadth of experience expected of a member of the ClaimsPro SRD. He has earned extensive expertise in the field of Commercial Lines Claims including damage assessment for large industrial and commercial properties such as transformers, water turbines, paper machines, boilers, and production equipment. He has also worked as a Facility Hazard Consultant Engineer assisting policyholders in protecting their properties against fire, explosion, collapse, windstorm, construction damage, and other associated hazards.
