Canadian Broker Network (CBN), the leading independent commercial insurance broker network in Canada, has awarded CNA Canada’s Lisa Wolfe, senior underwriter of the Toronto Branch and Mary Robichaud, underwriting manager of the Calgary Branch with the honor of Underwriter of the Year and Underwriter of Distinction, respectively.
“I want to commend Lisa and Mary on being awarded this distinct honor. Both professionals use their underwriting expertise to go above and beyond to help our customers, and they are tremendous examples of the level of service we strive to provide to the industry,” said John Hennessy, president and chief operating officer, CNA Canada.
Lisa was chosen by PBL Ltd. and is recognized for her outstanding work ethic and a proactive approach to meeting her clients’ needs. Mary was chosen by Lloyd Sadd Insurance Brokers and is recognized for her willingness to help and expertise.
Lisa and Mary were two of only nine recipients from across Canada who were nominated and elected for this Award of Distinction by a committee of marketing managers from CBN.
Each year, the Canadian Broker Network members from across Canada nominate a select group of property and casualty underwriters who they deal with and meet certain criteria. These underwriters are then elected for the Award of Distinction based on the following:
