CRU Group adds Kim Roudebush to North American Team

The CRU Group (CRU Adjusters, AIA, Maltman’s Group International) is pleased to announce that Ms. Kim Roudebush has joined our North American management team.

Kim has extensive experience in the US P&C insurance business and for the last 10 years has managed recruitment, dispatch, and marketed new business for the NCA Group and AAN Adjusters.

In addition to Ms. Roudebush’s expertise in marketing, she is ranked as one of the best Adjuster Development Leads in the industry. With CRU, she will continue to expand our roster with specialty adjusters and oversee the ongoing training, qualification, and compliance needed to match our assets to each carrier’s unique needs.

Ms. Roudebush will be based in our Indianapolis office and will market our expanding services throughout the United States and Canada reporting to Kyle Winston, CRU President. “We are very excited to add Kim to our Group as she has a stellar track record of producing results when it comes to supplying the best adjusters to exceed a client’s expectations.
